Mr. Jernick helped me so much! He was kind, patient with all of my questions and very supportive. He was cheerful and helped lift my spirits. Clearly he supports the community of people with disabilities. His customer service ethic is so strong, exemplary for others who provide service to the general public. He made me feel welcome and made it clear that my business was greatly appreciated, never indicating that I was "wasting his time" like many businesses treat me.
